Greetings!

With strong effort to develop human resources in Cambodia and to promote mutual understanding between Cambodians and Japaneses, CJCC has performed its role as a communication and learning center for the two nations and others. For more than three years since the official inauguration, CJCC has conducted various business seminars, business training courses, Japanese language training courses, as well as Cambodia-Japan cultural exchange activities.

 Business Intensive Course:
Business Statistics for Decision Making
By Dr. Ryoh SASAKI, International Development Center of JapanThis statistic course is designed to equip participants a set of techniques of statistical analysis, which will be used for a much better decision making for daily business operation. At the end of the course, participants will feel more confident and will never feel cheated by the numbers.

  • Mean, Variance and Standard Deviation of Average and Monthly Fluctuation of Your Sales and Production
  • Dependent t-test and Independent t-test of past customer satisfaction of yours and the rival
  • Regression with the time-series data How much was the REAL effect of your new sales campaign? How much was the REAL effect of your new sales campaign? Calculate the effect by comparing with your rival groups (Regression with the cross-section data)
  • Detect the special factors influencing your sales and explore the invisible structure behind the market. (Structural equation modeling using SPSS AMOS).

Dr. Ryoh SASAKI is a professor of Graduate School of Social Design Study, Rikkyo (Saint Paul’s) University, Japan and a senior researcher of International Development Center of Japan (IDCJ). Dr. Ryoh SASAKI was a graduate of Western Michigan University, USA. He has years of experience in research and evaluation for various projects.

This course will be held in an interactive way and easy step-by-step instruction which will enable participant to catch up with the course well. The course will be conducted in English. Materials, certificate of attendance, lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided. Only 25 participants are accepted (First Come First Serve). Special 20% discount for the first 20 registered participants.

 Training Opportunity :  Corporate Management Course
Overview: The corporate management course provides practical knowledge regarding basic functions of management. The course allows participants to explore their major interests by selectively attending lectures. Participants can select more than one subject-course according to individual interests.Target: business owner, manager, middle level manager of private firms, NGOs and public enterprises.
 

Course Contents and Schedule:
 
Dates and Time: 8 sessions for subject 1,3-6 except subject2&7, 5sessions, Monday to Friday, 5:50 pm- 8:30 pm, followed by Q&A hours (plus advices on management issues) on Wednesday. 
 
Experienced Japanese lecturers will provide practical lectures, case studies and exercises, with consecutive Khmer-English interpretation at CJCC. In Q&A sessions at CJCC, participants can seek for personal advices regarding individual management-related problems at work. Text book, materials, and certificate will be provided by CJCC.
