YRDP Annual Youth Forum on Labor Market for University Students and Economic Development

Dear all,

We are pleased to inform you that Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP) in cooperation with volunteer students of YRDP are organizing its 7th Annual Youth Forum for with a large numbers of people.

This annual forum of YRDP is to provide a space for youth to analyze critically and reflect on their current situation so that they can make better decisions for building a just, peaceful and democratic Cambodian society. Below is detail information of the forum.

Topic: Labor Market for University Students and Economic Development

Place: National Institute of Education (NIE near Independent Monument)

Date:  Saturday October 24th, 2009 from 8:00 am till 5:30 pm.

Participant: 700 students from 40 higher educations and relevant institution representatives including government agencies, civil society organizations and embassies to Cambodia.

Speakers: Representative from government, private sector, research institute, non-governmental organization and youth.

Goal: To promote youth understanding and youth engagement in reinforcing ability, knowledge, skills and experiences to answer to the needs of labor market and economic development in Cambodia.

Objectives:

• Participants can describe about national strategic plan in reinforcing and expanding   human right and labor market.
• Youth’s discussion on their potential and their roles for labor market and economy.
• Understanding about private sector feedback and civil society for youth benefit from economic growth.

Overview: The corporate management course provides practical knowledge regarding basic functions of management. The course allows participants to explore their major interests by selectively attending lectures. ខ្ញុំ​មក​ភ្នំពេញ​ម្ដង ដើម្បី​រក​បងប្អូន មិត្តភ័ក្ដិ ពេល​នោះ​ខ្ញុំ​មក​ជួប​មិត្តភ័ក្ដិ ដែល​នៅ​រស់​គេ​មក​ចាប់​អោប​ខ្ញុំ ហើយ​យំ​ទាំងអស់​គ្នា។ ពេល​នោះ​ខ្ញុំ​មិន​ទាន់​ចូល​ធ្វើការ​ទេ។ ខែ​មករា ១៩៨០ ខ្ញុំ​មក​ភ្នំពេញ​ទៀត ហើយ​ដាក់​ពាក្យ​ចូល​ធ្វើការ​នៅ​មន្ទីរ​ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម​ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ខែ​មីនា ១៩៨០ រដ្ឋ​បាន​ចាប់​ផ្ដើម​បោះ​ក្រដាស​ប្រាក់​ចាយ ខ្ញុំ​ក៏​បាន​ចូល​ធ្វើការ​នៅ​ខែ​មីនា ១៩៨០ នោះ​ដែរ ដោយ​បាន​ប្រាក់​បៀវត្សរ៍​មួយ​ខែ ១០៥ រៀល។ ពេល​ធ្វើការ​នៅ​មន្ទីរ​ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម​ក្រុង គឺ​ខ្ញុំ​ត្រូវ​ចាត់​តាំង​ធ្វើ​ជា​គណនេយ្យ​នៅ​អគារ​តំបន់ ៤ (ភ្លើង​ស្ទប់​ទេពផន) ហើយ​ផ្ទះ​រដ្ឋ​ឲ្យ​នៅ​ពី​លើ​អាគារ​តែ​ម្ដង។ ធ្វើ​ជា​គណនេយ្យ​នៅ​អាគារ​តំបន់ ៤ នេះ​បាន​រហូត​ដល់​ខែ​មករា ១៩៨១ មន្ទីរ​បាន​ចាត់​តាំង​ឲ្យ​ខ្ញុំ​មក​ធ្វើ​ជា​គណនេយ្យ​បូក​សរុប​នៅ​ក្រុមហ៊ុន​ស្បៀង​វិញ។ ធ្វើ​ជា​គណនេយ្យ​បូក​សរុប​បាន ៣ ខែ មន្ទីរ​បាន​ចាត់​តាំង​រូប​ខ្ញុំ​ឲ្យ​ធ្វើ​ជា​ប្រធាន​គណនេយ្យ ក្រុមហ៊ុន​ប្រេង​ឥន្ធនៈ​ដែល​មាន​ទីតាំង​នៅ​ខាង​កើត​សណ្ឋាគារ​ស (ឈ្មោះ​ពីមុន សណ្ឋាគារ​ប៉ៃលិន)។ ធ្វើ​ជា​ប្រធាន​គណនេយ្យ​ក្រុមហ៊ុន​នេះ ដែល​គ្រប់គ្រង​សាខា​ក្រោម​ឱវាទ ២២ សាខា។ ចាប់​ពី​ខែ​មីនា ១៩៨១ ដល់​ចុង​ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩០ សាខា​ក្រុង​តំរូវ​ឲ្យ​ខ្ញុំ​មក​ធ្វើ​ជា​អនុប្រធាន​គណនេយ្យ​អគ្គិសនី​កម្ពុជា​វិញ ដោយ​យោង​តាម​ប្រវត្តិ​ខ្ញុំ​ធ្លាប់​ធ្វើ​ជា​គណនេយ្យ​អគ្គិសនី​កម្ពុជា​នេះ​ពី​សង្គម​ចាស់ រហូត​ដល់​ថ្ងៃ ១៧ ឧសភា ១៩៧៥។ ធ្វើ​ជា​អនុប្រធាន​គណនេយ្យ​បាន​មួយ​ឆ្នាំ ខ្ញុំ​ត្រូវ​ក្រុមហ៊ុន​ចាត់​ឲ្យ​ទៅ​ធ្វើ​ជា​អនុប្រធាន​អគ្គិសនី​ក្រុង​ព្រះ​សីហនុ ដែល​មុខ​ខ្ញុំ​ទៅ​ធ្វើ​នេះ (ជំនាន់​លោក ឃឹម បូ ជា​ចៅហ្វាយ​ក្រុង) ភ្លើង​កំពង់សោម​ឆេះ​បាន​តែ ៦ ម៉ោង​ទេ គឺ​បើក​ម៉ោង ១៨:០០
